About Connected Researcher
Connected Researcher is an academic mentorship and research guidance platform
designed to support students and early-career researchers across different stages of their
academic journey — from undergraduate research exposure to postgraduate theses,
doctoral research, and international publications.
We were created to address a common challenge faced by students globally:
the lack of structured, ethical, and practical research mentorship beyond formal coursework.
Why Connected Researcher Was Created
Across universities worldwide, students are expected to conduct independent research,
write theses, apply for internships, and publish papers — often without being taught
how academic systems actually function.
This gap leaves many students confused, underprepared, and at a disadvantage compared
to peers who already have access to mentorship.
Connected Researcher exists to bridge this gap — not by replacing academic work,
but by teaching students how to do it properly.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide structured, ethical, and mentorship-driven academic support
that strengthens research thinking, scholarly writing, and long-term academic confidence.
We aim to help students understand research systems, develop independent academic skills,
and progress with clarity instead of confusion.
Our Approach
We follow a mentorship-first approach, not a content-delivery or ghostwriting model.
Our work focuses on education, guidance, and correction.
- One-to-one academic mentorship
- Critical review and structured feedback
- Skill-building in research thinking and writing
- Step-by-step explanation of academic processes
What Makes Us Different
We clearly define what we do — and what we do not do — to protect academic integrity.
We DO:
- Provide research mentorship and academic guidance
- Help students understand expectations and standards
- Review, critique, and improve academic work
- Teach ethical research and writing practices
We DO NOT:
- Write theses, dissertations, or papers on behalf of students
- Submit academic work for students
- Guarantee publications, acceptances, or grades
- Engage in unethical academic practices
